You'll need to do an export, and then import into your Office 365.
Office 365 will provide you with an MX Record update that we will need to be done to MX Mail Record on the server.

- Sign in to Office 365 account.
- Go to the Domains page.
- On the Manage domains page, select your domain.
- Click Domain settings to see the DNS records to add.
Send those records to support and we can make the edits so all your mail then flows to Office 365.
If there are other users using the your domain for mail they will have to do the same thing.
