Affecting Server - Shared 27 MTL
Update 4:45 PM Eastern: The server is back up and operational at this time. The mail queue on our spam filter servers will slowly resolve itself over the next hour or two. Our team will review logs and server monitoring to see how and why the issue occurred, why it was not picked up earlier, and how we can avoid it in the future. An official update will follow.
Update 3:45 PM Eastern: Technicians are still working on isolating what hardware is at fault. We are setting up our backup software on another server to bring accounts back online sooner, depending on how the hardware issue is resolved.

Affecting System - Webmail > Horde
Horde End-of-Life/Removal
cPanel recently made the decision to remove the Horde Webmail Application from all future installs and updates of the cPanel software. The Horde team has not released any upgrades to it for nearly 3 years, making it susceptible to security and performance issues. We delayed rolling out the update to cPanel as long as possible, but due to security and stability reasons we are rolling the updates out to all servers over the next several days beginning March 14, 2023.
Affected Services
This update will only impact any cPanel-based webmail users that use Horde for email. Roundcube users, local mail client (Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhones, Android mail, etc.) users, and anyone with email forwarders will not be affected.
Roundcube Migration
As part of the update process, all Horde data - address books and calendars - will be migrated to the Roundcube webmail client. Roundcube will be the only webmail client available at this time.
No further action is required to migrate your Horde data or access Roundcube going forward.
Affecting Server - Shared 22 GOR
Partial Network Outage Notice:
Approximately 6PM EST Sunday, April 4th, 2021 one of our data centers experienced a major failure.
Now that we have a better understanding of what happened we would like to give everyone an update.
One of thier old generators that have worked for years and was recently load tested had a mechanical failure and caught fire resulting in power being cut to the core routers and fire suppression system controlling the fire.
Unfortunately, the fire department opted to cut power to the rest of the data center as a precaution even though the power systems were independent. They are currently waiting for an emergency inspector to arrive to give the all-clear so they can bring most of the servers back online.
We would like to thank you for your patience and know that we and the data center are doing everything we can to get everyone back online.
