If the filter caught something that you should have received, or if you want to verify the filter is working as expected, you can take a look at the Spam Quarantine via the Anti-Spam Engine control panel.

From the ASE dashboard, click on the Spam Quarantine icon.

This will bring up a list of quarantined emails for your domain.

Check the box to the left of any messages you wish to deliver and select Release under the --select action-- menu. Any released emails should arrive to the recipient's inbox within a few minutes.

Please note: Your quarantine keeps up to 21 days of email. Anything older than this is automatically deleted.
