If an email address keeps getting filtered but you know it's valid, you can add it to your whitelist. A whitelist is a list of addresses that will skip the filter entirely.
To access your whitelist, click on the Sender Whitelist icon on the ASE dashboard.
This brings up a screen to manage and review your current whitelist.
Click the Add Sender link to add a new entry. This should be a full email address (for example, test@test.com) OR a single domain with no @ sign (test.com).
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a large whitelist from SpamAssassin or another filter program, please contact technical support and we can import the full list for you.
